No. Each lead arrives by email or text with a private link. Tap it, review the inspection, enter your number. You can also reply to the email with your offer. You only log in to manage billing or see your reports.
Every alert comes with a free preview: what the buyer is shopping for, how they plan to pay, and that they have a trade-in. Opening the lead shows the full inspection report and photos and lets you make an offer. You're charged once per lead you open, never for previews.
Only the dealer the customer picks. Everyone else sees the vehicle and report, never the customer's name, phone or email.
For Pro dealers: if a customer picks you and then stops responding completely, report it. We'll try to reach the customer, and if they don't respond, your lead fee is credited back.
Pick a 3-month, 6-month or 1-year package. Each term is paid in full up front and renews for the same length. To cancel, tell us in writing before your term ends: 30 days ahead on the 3-month package, 60 days on the 6-month and 90 days on the 1-year. Tire Kicker has no term and no monthly fee.
Yes. Pro dealers can pause for up to 30 days in any 12 months, like pausing a gym membership. Just email hello@bidriveauto.com. While paused you still get lead alerts with your head start, and opening a lead resumes Pro right away. Paused days are added to the end of your term, so you never lose time you've paid for.
